Return and Damage Policy
At Ruby Sparkles, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Below, you’ll find our policies regarding returns, damages, and other scenarios to ensure clarity and fairness.
Return Policy
We offer returns for store credit under the following conditions:
Item Condition:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Used or worn items will not be accepted.
Return Notification:

- Notify us of your return request within 24 hours of receiving the item (based on delivery date).
- Mail the item(s) back to us within 2 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once shipped, email us at ruby24sparkles@gmail.com with the tracking number.
- Orders totaling $0–$99: $10 restocking fee per item.
- Orders totaling $100 and above: 15% restocking fees.
- Refunds (store credit only) will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned.
Damaged Items in Transit
We carefully inspect and securely package each item, but damages during transit can occur.
If an item arrives damaged:

- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Provide an uninterrupted opening video showing the package and all items inside.

- Email the video and a photo of the damaged item to ruby24sparkles@gmail.com.

- Replacement or Credit:

- We will offer to replace, repair, or issue store credit for the damaged item.

- Without an opening video, we cannot process claims.

- Shipping the Damaged Item Back:

- Damaged items must be shipped to us within 2 days of receiving our email instructions.

- Replacements will be sent within 5 days of receiving the damaged product.

Shipping Liability

- Lost or Stolen Packages:

- Once the tracking number is shared, live tracking is available. If the package is marked as “delivered” but not received, contact USPS/UPS immediately.

- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to add insurance to their package.

- Returned Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to the following:

- Incorrect address provided.

- Full mailbox.

- Change of address not communicated.

- Packages returned by USPS/UPS for any other reason.

- If a returned package is lost in transit, the customer must follow up with USPS/UPS.
